Mr. Traynor has over 20 years of experience in the organization, publishing, and marketing of very high-value financial information.

He is the founding shareholder and former Managing Director of Professional Referrals, Canada's leading online financial information and referral service. Mr. Traynor has senior editorial accreditation for the recent *Annotated Ontario Securities Legislation* and was previously the sole in-house Editor for the Ontario Securities Commission.

While at the Toronto Stock Exchange he served as Managing Editor and Publisher of the prestigious *TSX Review* and *The Daily Record*. In addition he led the TSX'S Electronic Market Data group to annual revenues that increased over 500 percent from $6 million per year to $32 million per year during his tenure.
